Connect-i

Connect-i

Connect-i can connect to a monitoring centre through an alarm panel. This provides the ability to have real time feedback on the patrol officer’s activities at a remote management facility.

Remote-i

Remote-i

Remote-i enables remote downloads of data collected by a Guardus. This downloading may be carried out via a phone line, Internet Server or local network. It is available in four different versions: SERIAL, MODEM, NET or ISP. In all its versions the use of Remote-i is simple, leaving no room for doubts or complications when used by the security guard.

iButtons

iButtons

iButtons are chips enclosed in a steel case. Each chip has a unique serial. They do not require batteries or cables & are easy to install. iButtons are the best solution the patrol officer’s tours. They are robust & cannot be duplicated, & can be installed at the appropriate checkpoints.

RFID tag

RFID Tags

The advantage of RFID tags is the opportunity to install them in places that are not easily accessible, e.g. behind the plaster of a wall or behind a glass or wood panel. Because of this, vandalism and losses can be avoided, situations that sometimes occur with the use of iButtons. RFID tags also have a lower price than iButtons so they are a good alternative for companies that use Guardus to record the visits, tours, and times of the guards at each location.

Numeric Button Keypad

Numeric Button Keypad

Numeric Button Keypad, or the event wallet, allows the user to add more information to PROGuard-i’s reports. The keypad contains 12 buttons from 0 to 9, CLEAR and ENTER and is carried by the guard as he conducts his tours. By touching the Guardus on the appropriate buttons he can enter individual events.

All events are represented by a number or combination of numbers which enables the guard to register a series of events such as vehicle control, e.g. number plates, meter readings, weights & volumes. These events will then appear in the PROGuard-i reports.

Master Button

Master Button

Master Button will tell the supervisor if each round has been conducted correctly. This information can be read anywhere and at anytime. By touching the master button with a Guardus the supervisor will hear different tones depending on the accuracy of each round that has been carried out.
